I'm on my honeymoon and a computer is not in reach so I'm limited in what I can do. However, what version of XenForo are you using? what version of User Essentials?

Well that's the problem. You need to update to at least 2.0.7: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/user-essentials-enhanced-version.2142/update?update=11019

That should be in your email as its the last version syndol released. To upgrade past that you'll need to buy a new license (at a discount) from me.

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong. Your screenshots look correct. It's possible it's a conflict with another add-on. If you want to give me admin access on your site, I'll do some testing. What version of User Essentials and XenForo are you using?

I'm not really sure what you're referencing. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're talking about and what would you want to change it to?

It is a permission, go into the usergroup and change 'Can change own user name:' under general permissions.
