The next time someone reports it, could you please try to identify first whether it's a milestone or cumulative trophy which isn't being counted.
And then which trophy. The difference between what it is and what it should be might indicate which trophy it is.

Hey Stuart, is the cumulative part of this addon compatible with other content types, like Bob's Showcase, Classifieds, and Articles addons? And maybe Nixfifty's Calendar addon?

My vision is to not focus on post totals, but post totals within the last X days/months.

Another question, can it give more rewards for posts in X forum and fewer points in Y forum on the site? Maybe extra points for specific prefixes?

It can’t do any of these things out of the box, but it’s been coded with the ability to easily extend the cumulative actions.
So all these things are possible with some coding.
If you want them, we would create a detailed specification for the work, get a quote from the coder (he is one of the most experienced coders, is totally reliable and his fee is very reasonable) and then if you are happy with the quote and once you’ve paid, the functionality would be added ASAP in a new release. I would then assign you a lifetime license (no renewal costs) free of charge.

It happens again now.
From the admin page, edit user page, the cumulative trophy point total is correct (2,467).

But the milestone trophy point is wrong, like for this one user it should be only 17, but it counts 2479, which is too high and wrong.

To help diagnose, if you rebuild trophy points, does that fix it?

That is a very long process to run.
It's quicker to just run "Rebuild user caches", and it fixes it.

I wanted to ask you about the points management, can the minimum score value be 0.05 or should it be minimum 1?
Can values such as 1,2 be given as well? And how does the progression bar work in this case?

I hope I understand how it works, I have not purchased the addon yet.

You can set any value for cumulative trophy points you want down to 1/100th of a point. I.e. .01.
The defaults are what I chose to use on AVForums after significant analysis of what is fair, what will motivate people and what would keep members at roughly the same amount of points when changing from the standard milestone trophies that we had. We had a couple more milestone trophies to give people more points.
So I figured that awarding 1 point for a new thread was a baseline and everything else related to that. I figured that each new thread was worth 10 posts. Hence each new post is .1 of a point. But also to encourage people to reply to thread, the first reply gets .1 also. And so on.
You can award 1.2 points if you wish and the progress bar will behave as expected.

No plans to make it compatible. I will talk to the coder to firm up a strategy.
2.3 is listed as one of the compatible versions on the overview page here. That’s an indicator that it is indeed 2.3 compatible.
