Profile posts don't have "reply with" and "quote" by default, so no, it doesn't affect profile post interaction. Was there something you noticed or needed?

Yeah I would like to make profile posts a bit more engaging so members can quote each other, to maybe make it more interactive.

Ahhh. Bit outside the scope of this addon. This addon is focused on modifying the existingquoting system to keep things less cluttered.
