These should now be fixed in 2.7.0 which should be out within 1-2 weeks once I've finished testing.

Plus a bug posted in Tag Essentials accidentally because it has to do with the preview tool tips but is a User Essentials feature:

This is actually a a Tag Essentials bug, the javascript that Tag Essentials is injecting is doing something dumb. I'll add a workaround but it needs to be fixed properly in Tag Essentials.

I would appreciate if you could forward your findings to @Stuart Wright if it is an actual "Tag Essentials" bug, although I was told differently by @Daniel Hood.

Using XenForo 1.5 tag system, your members can now set profile tags and be seen in the search results when tags are searched. This can be disabled per user/user-group permissions and there's also a permission setting to let your members manage other members tags.

Where can I set other members profile tags? I only found in UCP a field to set my own profile tags.
Found it on other users profile pages, but it's only shown when already tags are set. If a user hasn't any profile tags, then I can't add tags to an users profile. I think it should be always possible to add/edit other user tags.

What version is this? Can you check that template modifications are not failing to apply?

Test with UserEss 2.6.5 and xf 1.5.10 default style and UI.X style from Audentio. I've upgraded directly from 2.3.0 with Addon Install & Upgrade.

@Freelancer once Tag essentials 1.8.2 is released, the 404 on the profile pages should go away and the preview functionality will work as intended.

From the 2.1.0 it prevent profile posts from being typed in all caps (convert to Title Case or Sentence case).

Fix:

• Username changes did not enforce permissions when a user POSTed a request to change their username.

Workaround:

• Enable "Moderate Name Changes" to capture username change requests. Other add-on options related to user name changing do not work.
