Historically, I've gotten better response times with their ticketing system. The thread updates ebb and flow. Great for on-going tweaks and minor support, but major items are best done with a priority ticked. Just a FYI, from my experience here.

@stilly for the second problem/bug go check the z-indexes. I had a similar problem with TagEssentials add-on where a popup did not show at all and it was a z-index problem. While in XF default style the z-indexes are very low, in UIX the z-indexes escalated to very high numbers that could override other add-ons due to the new OnCanvas feature of UIX.

Problem/Bug/Unwanted behavior: When in XFMG and browsing through an album's pictures (forward/backward button in the tabs section) – while being in "Navigation Bar Sticky" mode – the new picture page jumps up and down on load with every click forward/backward. That is pretty annoying, of course. In the XF Default Style it was intended to have the focus on the picture obviously and not the page header, so in Default Style it jumps to the "Page Title" to align it at the top of the browser viewport – but with added UIX "Sticky Navbar" functionality it jumps the first time to align the page Title tag to the top, then jumps back to have the Sticky NavBar and UserBar back on the page again.

1. Just to check, but you're setting the icon under Node Tree > Node Options (for the category or forum you're interested in) > Node Icons tab > Setting the Read and Unread icon for Forum or Category (depending on what the node you're setting is) > Save. This is working for me, but if that doesn't work for you go ahead and make a ticket on www.audentio.com.
4. Can you provide a screenshot and a link?

It looks like the sticky sidebar is aligning the top of the border around the button. You could reduce that spacing if you wanted the actual button to line up.

For the second issue, do you have a link we could look at?

Yep, the problem is clear. Maybe let it "jump to Hash Pos Y minus (height of Sticky Nav plus Sticky User Bar)" in one step instead of 1. jump to hash, 2. set navbar and userbar sticky offset. I have full trust that you can do it.

Make sure node icons as glyphs is on in the UI.X Forum Nodes style properties, but thats on by default.

You want to use fontawesome for the member time and display? Sorry your numbers aren't correlated to anything and I don't recall what you are referring to.

Did you remove the padding? Are you using last post avatar or UI.X add-on version?

Yeah this is an odd issue. Z-indeces have to be set in order to get off canvas navigations and the like, we gave this a lot of thought, and its probably why other themes haven't been able to get it perfectly right. I will admit it isn't a very easy thing to do in XenForo.

We get a lot of tickets/threads. This is a third party website, we are limited to watching threads. If we accidentally click a thread or read other alerts, it gets thrown out of the queue for us.

A query may not be running. I believe this has happened to a few others, but not in a very long time. Make sure you are running latest.

We just kinda added some css into uix.css, so if you want to make edits just add them to a new CSS file or into EXTRA.css.
