Oddly enough, I had absolutely no issues when I used this mod. I used it right after you posted. Results below: The gold/orange being my paid usergroup, red being myself, & grey being the norm.

I know its weird because I had done this before to my previous installation and it worked perfectly, but now nothing is happening. lol

I downloaded the UI.X package about 10 minutes after the email. Doesn't look like any updates were made after that.

Thanks, im completely puzzled, it doesnt seem to be theme related, if i switch to the default theme, i still have two forums that arent displaying the plugins, and 4 that are. Permissions are all set correctly and theres nothing I changed, the plugins just suddenly disappeared after I posted in that particular forum. And the funny thing is, I can remake the node, move the posts from the old node, and it will display fine, and then suddenly disappear again.

Well, I tried the two addons and I can tell that's not your fault. The WhoHasRead... is bugged. Also, the dbtech one is breaking my xenporta articles view. By the way, these two addons are very old, you shouldn't use them anymore and try to look at a recent one, if it exists.
@Audentio I think I need some explanation of what you change in this navBar because it's definitly not the same as before and I don't know if I have to change the addons I use or not. Before 1.2.4, I was using an addon called Navigation Entire Link Trigger Popup by @Iversia and I was not using "Always Show Navigation Drop-Down Arrows" option. To be honest, activate or not this option is useless with this addon because it doesn't change anything.
Now with 1.2.4, I still have this addon installed but your options are not the same anymore. I tried something with "Enable Navigation Drop-Down Arrows" but here is my trouble :'( If I activate this option, neither Navigation Entire Link Trigger Popup nor your option are working. I mean Tab is larger than before (in order to have the arrow inside I guess) but there isn't any arrow at all. I desactivate the addon and everything was working fine. I also tried to desactivate your option and ... surprise, I don't need this addon anymore because I have exactly the same thing without it. According to the fact that it's not in the changelog, is it a bug or did you want to make it?
Where is this happening? I cannot replicate, but might be looking in the wrong place.
You need a plugin for this, its independent of the theme as far as I know.
After looking at the plugin, our framework may collide with that due to the fact that the always show navigation dropdown arrows turned off will do the exact same thing as that framework. With it on, I am not sure what would happen as its just our system going against theirs. How do you want the navigation to work and I can tell you what I think needs to be done.

In fact I wanted to do what this plugin does but it seems that I don't need it anymore thanks to UI.X

Right sidebar. Tried it on my work computer & received the same result. This is the "like" button on the bottom right. When I click it I get half a thumbs up =P

I've had a number of users mention this recently, running on the previous version of UI.X. It seems to not occur when using the BB Code editor. Not only on iOS, but newer revisions of Android too.
I've also got an issue with the FontAwesome icons not displaying on iOS7 devices.
I'm just in the process of putting the update on my staging server to see how it performs in comparison.

Does this help? Please make sure you change the theme to "v2.0" as I have the old style active by default while we make the updates to the new version.
Yes, this is kind of a bug but also not. The reason is that when we have collapsible sidebar on, in order for the sidebar to animate smoothly, we need an overflow hidden :/

Understood. I promise it's not detrimental to my sites needs. Just wanted to report the wonky bugs that appear. I also updated my support ticket because I believe you were looking at the old site there also =)
Thanks a lot, you reporting it is much appreciated! Ill see if I can come up with a fix, but I don't think there is one that makes the animation as smooth.
