It does it on XenMediaGallery.com for me as well, and that uses a UI.X theme as well IIRCHmm. Anyone else experiencing this? I cannot replicate.

It was working like that in previous version too. I just thought it supposed to be like that.It does it on XenMediaGallery.com for me as well, and that uses a UI.X theme as well IIRC
You can only disable icons and not boxes. I think boxes should be an option.
But the thing is, now i have to make alle custom changes twice
for example i use UI.X and UI.X Dark
UI.X Framework (do not edit)
- UI.X Light (all edits here)
- - UI.X Dark (no edits necessary, because a child of the UI.X Light)
I think you could at least for the dark style let the child method, for all other styles it makes sense but not for the UI.X Dark because it is a 100% Dark Child for UI.X Light
The only 2 options I have under Threads and Posts are:
Add Icons To Message Controls
Classic Postbit
Neither of those get rid of the boxes, so I'm not sure where the setting is.
The off-canvas bug was a caching issue with mobile iOS. Clearing the cache fixed it.
2 more things I noticed:
The distance between the logo and the user nav bar seems to have increased, and especially on mobile, is rather wide now. Which is the setting to close the gap there?
Now that I can move the search bar into the nav bar, I'd like to make the text logo bigger/wider, so it takes up more of the screen, but there seems to be no way to do that. Is that possible, and if not, could it be added in later?
Just to give you an update, Mike.
I deleted the UI.X style, and replaced the 1.3.4 version of Drift again so all should be good now in terms of structure of my styles
As you know, I have a custom style based on Quark and UI.X.
So I have:
UI.X > Quark > ValveTime.net > Child
What's the best upgrade tactic here?

Same works on xenmediagallery.com. Scroll down it appears. Then stays a few seconds and disapears. When it's visible and you put mouse pointer on it it stays. When moving pointer away it disapears again.Again I cannot replicate, if anyone can I will look into this further. It might just be a caching issue I imagine. I checked XMG and it works perfectly, nice and smooth for me.
Correct, this is by design. I thought that made the most sense. Only show scroll to top if you've scrolled and also if your mouse is on it.Same works on xenmediagallery.com. Scroll down it appears. I guess it works like that by default?
Then everything is okCorrect, this is by design. I thought that made the most sense. Only show scroll to top if you've scrolled and also if your mouse is on it.
But if I scroll down and stop, then read stuff, I then have to trigger it to appear by scrolling again? I don't see why this is sensible compared to how it worked when you first put it in having it on permanently. It was the most complained about thing when it broke on one of your previous updates.Correct, this is by design. I thought that made the most sense. We increased this 2 versions ago I believe. The reason was for margins' All you really need to do is remove the margins (requires some basic CSS) or just decrease the logo height var. Not the image itself necessarily.
There is a var to control logo width. Check global settings style property group.
have you got any outdated templates? if so you need to merge it's more than likely the PAGE_CONTAINERWelcome block is still appearing even after unchecking all options to make sure it does not appear. Along with that it is pushing the node background images slightly and causing them to not align properly as before.
Also wanting to add in receiving this error at the very top of the site on all pages "$(document).ready(function(){ //put jquery code here });"
I too get this on a test install, no outdated templates. It is from one template (cannot remember which as not near my PC).Welcome block is still appearing even after unchecking all options to make sure it does not appear. I noticed that as well. What is that?Something weird shows on mobile size.
