i am alread loged in as user, so does the user does need login again in to discord before they can post theier messages from the discord chat windows? ???

Suddenly the link for invite stopped working at my site and it just sends to the current page instead.

Phrase is currently:

<a href="{invite}">JOIN</a>

It just stopped working, no errors, no explanations, no modifications were done after it was setup.

Everything else of the plugin works.

Also another question, how can I modify where the Discord widget appears? Cannot seem to find it under Widgets.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm facing the same issue.

Apparently if you don't selected a channel on the Widget screen the link won't work. Not sure if that's intended or a flaw somewhere.

Well yes... the widget needs to know what channel the invite is set up for....

Hoping someone can help, it's probably already been answered in the 54 pages off messages but I followed the video and set up the bot, it's connected to my discord server and tested the connection and it works perfect, but it won't show the link on my xenforo forum, when I check public navigation it says it's active, but when you go to view it, it won't show, however if I remove the display condition it then shows but won't let me connect to the discord using that link, anyone got an idea how to fix it?

Well... In user / user group permissions, depending on your use case. I'd start with setting that permission in the "Unregistered" and "Registered" groups.

That worked thank you! But now when I click on the discord link it's just blank, how do I get it to show the discord?

• Open Discord options (/admin.php?options/groups/EWRdiscord/)
• Enter the correct bot cluster (e.widgetbot.io)
• Click on "Test connection" next to "Server ID (guild)"

Tried that, it connects and then shows the bot in my discord, but when I click the link on my xenforo page I get this:

Hey, I'd like to report a bug - when a user posts a thread that goes into the moderation queue, the bot will still post the invisible thread to the Discord. This results in unapproved posts and spam being announced in the Discord channel. If the post is approved by moderators, the bot then announces the same thread a SECOND time. Can you update this behavior so that posts are only announced once, and only after they are approved from the moderation queue?

Hey... I have an issue, I can't seem to fix it Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to link up my discord account but I'm getting this errror - This account's email is already associated with another member. Please log into that account to associate this account.

I don't have my account linked up? I even double checked the mysql table and it doesn't list discord as connected?

Any suggestions? I just want to link it up!
