Discord Integration [Paid] 2.8.8

No permission to buy ($35.00)
There was literally a notice on the site explaining that I’m away and there’d be delays to responses.

I’m working through a backlog of tickets so I’ll get to yours soon.
I don't want to be pushy, but I think I've been waiting long enough!

Sorry @Naz but you offer terrible technical support.

You keeps saying: "I'm working through a backlog", but for some reason it never comes to me as paid client.

It takes a week or more to get a ticket answered, and gives very short, inadequate and non-solution-oriented answers.

People don't just pay for an addon, they also pay for proper support. If you don't want to give your customers enough attention related to your product, stop selling it.

I have now decided to buy another Discord addon.

I don't recommend to buy this Addon. Otherwise you will regret it like me.

I don't see it on the feature list but does this send notifications if an image is uploaded to XFMG?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, but unfortunately it can't be set by categories, so for instance if you have public categories everyone can see, and private categories only certain members can see, turning media notifications on will "leak" notifications from the private folders onto your Discord.

EDIT: Sorry, I thought this was the 8WR Discord Integration thread not Naz's so this answer may not be accurate.

From my experience asking for changes on a finished project is well, hard going. You might want to think about sponsoring an update with the features you require.
I get that it's considered "done" but it's still a product you're actively selling, so it makes sense to keep improving it. Adding useful features doesn't just help one person, it makes the whole thing more appealing for future buyers too

Being told to pay extra just to suggest a feature on something that's already a paid product and I have already bought doesn't feel right. If it helps improve what you're already offering and can lead to more sales, why gate it behind more money

I get what you're saying but then it's up to the developer to decide is "that a custom feature for a single customer" or is it "something that will sell more units". Only Naz can answer that. You have to realize though, most people don't work for free.
