Make sure you've got a caching backend setup so the add-on can avoid hitting the discord API as much
 
Litespeed cache (if its your main server ) might help load static pages for guests to reduce some of that load.
I did what was said, it only had no effect on this page "account/connected-accounts/", the page still opens slowly.

The home page opens as fast as before.

That isnt guest caching on that page. Per homepage. Check headers, Litespeed will say hit. It will be a lot faster.

Unable to login into my board on latest Xenforo version due to this addon. What would be causing this?

Unable to login into my board on latest Xenforo version due to this addon. What would be causing this?

What version of the add-on are you using? If you're on XF 2.3, you need to be using the latest version (2.8.7) of the add-on.

Hello NixFifty. I am really happy with this add-on. I have been asked on occasion for a "who is" command users can send. It would be nice to say /whois rasmusvind and get a link to the profile on the connected site. Perhaps also the reverse to see who they are in Discord from the site.

Have you enabled the "Log Discord API rate limiting" option? If so, you should disable that. It doesn't do anything besides log these errors for troubleshooting. In normal operation, the rate limiting is managed by the add-on and its queueing system.

Also, whilst you have the option to cross-post threads to Discord disabled, it looks like users are using the feature that lets them receive their alerts from your forum in their Discord DMs (based on the rate limiting logs above).

I just notice that for some reason that on a membership upgrade on XenForo the associated group on discord don't apply.

For example:

The XenfForo User Group "1 Year VIP" is associated in Discord with the Role "1 Year VIP"

The XenfForo User Group "1 Year PREM" is associated in Discord with the Role "1 Year PREM"

When the user account will be upgraded from "1 Year VIP" to "1 Year PREM" in XenForo, it doesn't apply, the user keep on Discord side one the previous "1 Year VIP" Role.

Also it doesn't change, if the user logout and relogin on Discord, and also no changes when the user disassociat his account and re-associated on XenForo.

No, why they should be in both both User Groups on XenForo Side.
Both user groups has different permissione on XenForo, so the user have to to be in just one of both user groups, "1 Year VIP" or "1 Year PREM"

Hello, I was wondering what kind of media manager support is available in this Discord Integration. Does it support category-specific updates to a channel on posting of new media?

It's been days since I opened a ticket. But I haven't received a single response.

What's the point of this? People pay for the support of the add-on but don't get a response after many days?

There was literally a notice on the site explaining that I’m away and there’d be delays to responses.

I’m working through a backlog of tickets so I’ll get to yours soon.
