You had only to check the height/width in the uix style properties.

I mean I guess Im not sure what you mean by a banner. Just something that goes full distance across the top?

I would just use the UI.X Logo style properties, and make sure you move search and everything out to the navigation or somewhere so logoblock is clear. You can also setup the logo to center 100% of the time.

Yes that's what I mean. The problem is that when i have a 800x800 logo everything is fine but when i extend the width to make it a banner, it shrinks.

Edit the height of the logo in Header and navigation settings style properties as well. We do set max-heights so that people who upload huge logos get resized down a bit and doesn't screw with their header too badly.

This will work with 1.5 with a couple of small template changes. We plan to have an official release after 1.5.0 gold is released.

It's just a matter of merging templates and then comparing them. This really isn't something that can be explained, you just have to know what you're doing. If you don't, it may be best to wait a couple days for a release

Post ratings removes the like button, and the reply Burton doesn't get in the way. Many people are using it with uix without problem

In your style properties under [UI.X] Footer there is an option to disable the jump to top/bottom
