The problem is in the Listener...

I did work! you must remove the credits at the beginning of template.php and it works!

1.2 doesn't have the function that this add-on overrides as far as I can remember so it wont work.

Litespeed is a variant of Apache

They also have their own error logger.. please look into it to find anything related.

hmm... nothing related to the add-on here... and looks like your server does not like the current ErrorDocument format.

I don't think its related, but to fix this error, edit your .htaccess file and change lines 8 - 11 to this:
