I just split all the ads into 4 different packages with different interval for the rotation and it's all being done at the same time, with some of them no longer rotating.

Other than my previous question, is it also possible to limit an ad to be displayed max X times at once on a page?

For example I want the same ad to only show at 1 place instead of 2, so that another ad occupies that place.

Is it not possible to see statistics for a package itself? Do I have to check each and ever ad and add it up myself ._.

I'm also wondering if there's a documentation or something alike? Trying to figure out on how to put ads underneath only for example 2nd post of a thread instead of all.

There isn't a documentation but it's very easy to do that. Go to Positions and look for "Thread Post Container After" category. There is already a position for displaying ads after first post. If you want to display ads after x post, just create a new position by copying the info from the "First Post After Container" position and change the hook number at the end with the post number that you want to add ads after.

Also can we limit as to how many ads are displayed per page?

Packages have the option to control how many ads can be displayed. If you are referring to a global setting, there isn't.

If you are using a package on multiple positions, the rotation interval is the same on each position as they are using the same settings of that package.

Using "random" as the display order in a package, will randomize order for each position on each page load for that package. If you want to display only 1 ad randomly, set the package setting "Maximum Ads Display" to 1.

And package statistics is very crucial, is there anyway around this?

What do you mean?

The Google Analytics statistics for the ads can be found in your Google Analytics account under Behavior > Events.

If the ad is marked to hide on mobile devices, will it load or not? I want to uninstall Tapatalk and shows the banners on desktop devices only.

In reference to the positions below. When I try to insert them I get the banner ad as a hover over display from the forum name not the ad placed in the node.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The ads are placed in the description, so the description needs to be visible, and not displayed on hover.

On a thread, where? You mean in thread list? There aren't positions for thread list, only for thread view.

Yes, thread list. I do not wish to have all the forum descriptions visible.

I found a list of hook positions and have been able to get the ads where I want them by using

node_forum_level_2_before_lastpost
and
thread_list_item_icon_key

However they then show on every level 2 or every thread. How do you edit the position to direct to one thread or one forum?

There isn't as I need to add some custom positions for it to work.

An email to the advertiser? Sure.
By the way, you know that invoices are generated automatically and the advertisers are notified about them, when you approve their ads, right?

quick question, for those who have implemented this add-on --

do the ads get blocked by adblock plus, etc, or other ad blockers by default?

The whole idea of using a first-party ad manager running on your own iron is to prevent this from happening, yet other ad manager add-ons here are blocked straight out of the box.

would appreciate links to any site using this add-on, so I can see for myself..

Yes, an invoice to the advertiser when an invoice is created.

I am aware they are generated on approval. We are invoicing additional ad set up fees. Currently I have to create the invoice and then email them about the invoice.

@adwolf1, It depends on the ads. In Ads Manager, banner ads, text ads and link ads are not blocked by default. Using custom code ads with adsense or other similar ads, will get blocked no meter what Add-on you use.
