I don't know if I should ask this sort if questions here, or in other way.
I set an ad to $10 and 100% discount for each purchase.
Then I purchased a package from front-end (paid nothing). It was Pending. So I approved it from ACP.
But now there is a "Approved (Pending invoices)" next to its title in ACP ads page. (Also there is no invoices in user's invoices page in ads manager page)
If I enable it, then it changes to "Active (Pending invoices)".
(I also see nothing in invoices page in ACP)
But still can't see that ad in its place.

The 100% discount works with the promo code feature, not with the package purchase option.The promo code can be applied to a pending invoice.

I set a 100% discount with a promo code of FREE100.
I purchased an ad. Now I have it in my ads page in front-end and its Active.
But still I don't see it in its place.
I'm so confused now! (The only ad I could set and see it in act was added from ACP)
(Promo codes are applies automatically? Or we should use them in any special page like invoice?)

The process is very simple and it works like this:
1. User creates an ad.
2. You approve the ad using the approve button option in ad details. This will generate an invoice.
3. User completes the invoice by paying or using the promo code.
4. Ad gets activated.

Aha.
The problem was that I was approving the ad from editing it and then changing its status to approved. (So then user would see no invoice!)

Now 2 questions:

• Why I can't edit my ad that created from front-end? (although I can edit that ad that I created from ACP)
• Why the ad is not being shown? (the ad created from ACP is exactly the same as this new ad and is being shown if I enable it. But this new ad is not)

Which position are you using in the package?
Are you using any criteria?

So, what should users do, if they want to edit their ads?
It would be awesome if we could set a number of time, that advertisers can edit their ads from front-end.

I was using some criteria. But all of them was letting all users from any device and any place to see it.
Now I removed them and the ad came. (I don't know what was wrong with my settings)

(Now I have two ads in one position, and they are being shown like blinking. each 1 second they change. How can I increase that time please?)

The reason the user can't edit the ad once is active or approved is because you would have to re-approve the ad to make sure that the user edits respects the guidelines.

The criteria is optional and if not used correctly, the ad won't show.

As for the rotation interval, that is controlled from the "Rotation Interval in Seconds" package option.

There is a problem: Although I use RTL style, but when a user wants to create an ad, the content in fields are LTR.
Its better if the style is RTL, then the content of fields (like title, description and ...) become RTL too. Otherwise there may be some problem when using both English and Persian Words in title or description.
Also here is question: in page criteria, I don't see XFRM option. Will you add it in future? or you have no plan for it?

Will look into the direction issue. The criteria is the default XF criteria + one custom that I've added "Content Template is NOT". For Resource Manager you can use the existing criteria options depending on what you want.

Created a Keyword ad.
But that word in posts are not linked and no tooltip while hovering.
Is it applied just to future posts?

Looks like a bug with foreign characters. Will be fixed.

We use UTF-8 (Persian Language)

These phrases have problem, it seems:

• siropu_ads_manager_ad_approved_email_message
• siropu_ads_manager_ad_approved_email_subject

Although I translate them, but again when the site sends email, it is in English.
(rest of email are being sent in Persian)
I also reverted these phrases once, and again translated them. But again its being sent in English.

Maybe a bug.
I set "Unsticky Actions" to "Remove prefix".
Then created a sticky ad. So a new prefix (Sticky Prefix) replaced with the prefix of that thread.
Then I deleted my ad from ACP.
But the Sticky Prefix didn't change to previous prefix of thread.
(I know if the ad expires, then Sticky Prefix will be removed from the thread. But logically when we delete an ad, then it is expected that the Sticky Prefix be removed or replaced with the previous prefix of the thread.)

@Dadparvar, the emails are using the language set by the recipient. You are right, the prefix should be removed.

I know. Now after each completing invoice, 3 email come to my gmail. 2 of them are in Persian (I translated them)
But one of them still come in English (although I also translated it)
My language is set to Persian
