By default block to you mean the one that slides down from the top? No there is no way to do that at this time.

Fairly substantial, but Im not expecting a lot of upgrade issues as we mainly add new features and slightly tweak the rest and bug fix. Change log I am compiling currently.

It's a lot faster than the previous versions I've used.

The main purpose of this release was optimization. We rebuilt our Javascript from the ground up. Almost a month straight of tests and optimizing. We have benchmarking data as well. I'll post that on release day.
