I don't have a server like yours to test it.
But a customer's server's config is like yours. and its working as it must.
Hope all of them work for you.
Also 1.0.7 will be released soon.

Will do and the only one I ever tried was Breaking News cause I liked how it looked compared to the others. The latest news one is working so I'll stick with it and hope the next update allows for Breaking News to work. If not I'll send you some Admin login details and let you see what's going on.

Dedicated Page for add-on is added in 1.0.7.
And also you can activate different tickers everywhere you want (in defined positions)

If you don't like them, then you can choose custom color, then you can go to style properties to set as you want:

As you see, its working fine.
There is no option in add-on to hide the title and keep the date.
Its weird that happened to you.
Isn't problem from other add-ons?
If you didn't change a lot, unistall the add-on and remove all files from server. Then again download and upload the add-on and install it.
That should work fine as it must.

Out of curiosity would any type of caching mechanism like memcache or Redis keep this addon from working? I have had it installed for days and have added feeds and nothing is showing not even on default theme. I am using NGINX, PHP7, MariaDB, and Redis for caching. (Running centminmod)
