[DBTech] DragonByte Optimise - Reduce query consumption of your forum.

DragonByte Optimise is a professional optimisation mod, aimed at reducing the load on your MySQL database server by caching various query results in one of the multiple cacher types available.

How many queries on average does it save for thread load, forum index load, etc.?
That varies depending on how many modifications you have installed and how many of them load from the data registry. I'd say at least 5 queries per page load for any given page wouldn't be too far off the mark.

Okay, I run the pro version on a fairly large VBulletin site, and it definitely make the time to first byte much snappier, so I was curious how effective it is with XF. I'll be a buyer, and will watch the thread for when it finishes beta.

Can you check if there will be anycompatibility issue with both DragonByte Optimize and that mod installed? or maybe if I need it at all.
There shouldn't be any compatibility issues, they do vastly different things :)

This mod reduces query load by caching query results, which that mod does not do.

Would the MySQL query_cache be disabled or enabled when using this? Or doesn't it matter.
Considering buying this, but not sure I'll see much benefit on my forum or not.

I've not done extensive research on the MySQL query cache but I don't see why it couldn't be enabled still. Since this mod doesn't cache every query your forum makes, it's very likely you'll still see benefit from the query cache in conjunction with this mod :)
