Yes If you choose to uninstall a legacy add-on from XF2 and any database alterations will remain. Database table need to remove manually.

Is it possible to make ads responsive when using your own images? I'm not planning on using Adsense or any other ad network with this add-on. I'm interested in, as an example, displaying my own static-image leaderboard ad in the header for wide screens and a more square ad for the header on mobile devices. How might I achieve this with the add-on?

Banner ads are responsive so you if you place a leaderboard banner, it will be adjusted automatically based on the screen size.
Ads Manager also has device criteria so you can display a different ad for each device type.

Great! And just a suggestion, in case it hasn't already been mentioned, the ability to display ads 'per location' would be nice. A way to display specific ads for people in, say, New York as opposed to California. Not sure how many people would find that useful but if it's possible and it would be well-liked, maybe it can be in a future release. Otherwise, the add-on looks great as is. Thanks again...
