The problem I see is that AdBlock has started to block the main JS file directly. I would have to take a different approach in the next release.
Ok, but why would it show in one spot and not the other then?

For me it doesn't show at all.
Actually, I can see the one at the bottom if I disable one AdBlocker. I have two enabled.
I would have to do some tests to see if I can find any issues.
Members see less ads - Click here to become a member for FREE
I've found the problem. Is because of this line you added:
<p>Members see less ads - <a href="https://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/login/login.php">Click here to become a member for FREE</a></p>
Because it gives a height to the ad and it can't detect if the ad itself was blocked or not.besides, how can one direct link mess that up?
Also, try replacing <ul><li> code</ul></li> with <div>code</div>.

Removed that line and it didn't change anything
above top breadcumWhat position are you using and what criteria?
i am using page criteria, its already fix it..That's a global position and it should work on any page.
Are you using any criteria?
Also, make sure that the template ad_above_top_breadcrumb has its hook in place. If not, revert back the template.
What do you mean?anyway can you add page view in daily statistics ?
