Thanks - perfect. It depends on the "View Count Method" setting in "Ads Manager [General]". If you use "When ad is viewed", then the view is counted when the ad is visible on the screen.
In rotation only one view is counted.

Do they have an active ad that's running?I had presumed the advertiser would automatically go in this group (as secondary) when they create an ad, but this doesn't seem to be happening. How is this supposed to work?
All you have to do is go to the invoice and manually change the status from pending to completed. This will process the invoice and take care of everything.I'm a bit confused by the process of selling an ad with bank transfer as payment option.

I will look into the advertiser group issue.
As for the view limit, I think that's because you activated the ad manually.
I might need to create a guide to clear the confusion.
You can see advanced stats for each ad/package in ACP. Why exporting it?
Because we need to make charts out of the data for clients -- daily, weekly, and monthly. Or to put on a chart the relative proportion of each ad served, etc...
Advertisers can see their own stats. It's not displayed as a chart though.. I will see what I can do about exporting data.Because we need to make charts out of the data for clients -- daily, weekly, and monthly.
