Their support system aka "Intercom" is borken. I have submitted tickets to their system for the last 6 months and they dissapear into the eather. AVOID.
Support is non existent.

I am a 100% noob at setting up a website or a forum. So glad I went with this theme. So much easier to configure things than I was anticipating. And for the things I needed help with, Dalton in support has been an absolute superstar. Couldn't recommend these guys any higher. Superb.

Excellent product and so far, superb client service. I have had several customization requests that were taken care of very quickly and accurately. Looking forward to deploying my iO themes on a live site sometime in 2021.

After using this style I wonder why I did not consider this at the very beginning. Lot's of customization possibilities, attractive modern look, ******** style actually :)

Fantastic framework that makes it easy to customize designs. Love how there are so many options for mobile use. The support team is amazing and always gets back to us with any fixes we need, no matter how "small" the issue is. We use this product with two TH themes and have recently been testing out the Node Grid options, which have given our site a whole new look. Great job!

UI.X 2 is a well designed theme for XenForo that utilizes the principles of material design. It's responsive time functions well even on mobile devices. Their customization package did did a fantastic job at modifying the theme's colors to better suit my forum's needs. I would highly recommend UI.X 2 if you're looking for a new style for your forum.

By FAR the best theme out there, support is super and the sense of details combined with pure professional and outstanding design - this is a no brainer. If you don't install this on your forum, you are truly missing out!

There is SO MUCH to this add on, but its worth every penny! A great way to customize your Xenforo Site!

I had a problem with my subscription that I didn't get any notifications and they charged me, but Mike from theme house looked into my problem and solved it.

Good product, awful customer service.
I bought this 4 months ago, installed it and that was it. I never received any email or notification from them at the time of purchase that I'll get charged again after 4 months, as you'd expect from any company/website that sells subscriptions.
Last week I was checking my bank statements and I noticed that they charged my bank account!
They didn't send any notification even after charging my account!
So basically if you don't check your bank statements or see it by chance, they'll probably keep charging [and not telling] you forever! That's just mind blowing!
The funny part is that I contacted their support, explained what happened and asked for a refund. They only offered me store credit half the amount of what they charged (which was 50USD), I said I don't want store credit and I want a refund as I don't need it and are not using it anymore, and then they told me we are not giving you anything and closed my support ticket. I opened another ticket and they just closed it without any response!!!

that's just shameful!

I would never buy from them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Don't buy from them or be ready to get screwed!

As fellow members have already confirmed this is an excellent theme. What impressed (and still continues to impress) me even more is the friendly, professional, and fast support.
In the past year I have purchased the theme and also paid customization for integrating into my site. With XF1.x I performed the integration by myself, with XF2.x I found helpful support from this wonderful team at ThemeHouse/Audentio. On several occasions the team demonstrated their top-notch expertise in record time.

These guys should just have a default 5 starts as their products are just so good. Used their themes and some add-ons for Xenforo 1, and have been waiting for UI.X for Xenforo 2 to mature a little before I took the plunge. Using it for a new project in conjunction with their absolutely brilliant and seamless WP bridge XPress. What you'll find with Themehouse, is that their Themes are full of features and work great from the off but their developers keep adding features right through the life of the theme and their support is quick, efficient and beyond expectation.Themehouse themes are just a no brainer as they are simply a must buy.

My 2nd review. After my 1st review about buying version 1 I was sorted out satisfactory.

I must say the more I get to know the theme the better It becomes and the ticket responses are pretty damn good. These guys know there stuff.

Learnt tonight of a setting/background that I never even knew about and helped me solve what i thought was a problem.
