I had a problem with my subscription that I didn't get any notifications and they charged me, but Mike from theme house looked into my problem and solved it.

UI.X 2 is a well designed theme for XenForo that utilizes the principles of material design. It's responsive time functions well even on mobile devices. Their customization package did did a fantastic job at modifying the theme's colors to better suit my forum's needs. I would highly recommend UI.X 2 if you're looking for a new style for your forum.

By FAR the best theme out there, support is super and the sense of details combined with pure professional and outstanding design - this is a no brainer. If you don't install this on your forum, you are truly missing out!

Fantastic framework that makes it easy to customize designs. Love how there are so many options for mobile use. The support team is amazing and always gets back to us with any fixes we need, no matter how "small" the issue is. We use this product with two TH themes and have recently been testing out the Node Grid options, which have given our site a whole new look. Great job!

Their support system aka "Intercom" is borken. I have submitted tickets to their system for the last 6 months and they dissapear into the eather. AVOID.
Support is non existent.

Sometimes I am like the absent mind professor and I installed my theme all wrong. But Theme House responded to all my questions with a quickness and helped me fix everything. They are very professional and I highly recommend any of their themes to everyone!

I had some problems updating the theme to the last version, but the support immediately helped me to solve the problem

Good overall theme, developers seem to constantly be releasing updates for it. There's some minor improvements that could be improved upon in the next update for it such as the message like bar. But overall, very good theme and worth $35.00.

It's a great theme with tons of options, and also the support is top notch. They were able to troubleshoot some settings I was having problems finding thinking they were not there. Would love to see some more documentation as there are a lot of options to figure out.
