Listed as a free theme when in fact it costs $35. I don't why you would do such a thing so the only reason must be a click bait strategy to get people to your site.
Their support system aka "Intercom" is borken. I have submitted tickets to their system for the last 6 months and they dissapear into the eather. AVOID.
Support is non existent.
