It works fine for XF 2.3. You will just need to adjust one template modification.

Yeah, I have a bunch of sites waiting to be upgraded to 2.3 as well - the last few months have been insane with work, so I've had to put my upgrade work on the backburner.

I have a new site I built for a client running on 2.3 that needs this addon as well - so it's annoying to not have it ready yet.

I'm hoping to be able to make some progress on these addons in the next week or so - just need to file some tax returns first that are now overdue and really should take priority!

Just an update - I've finished updating this addon - I'm just testing it on some of my live sites to make sure I haven't missed anything.

I plan on releasing the addon in the next day or two.

This means I can finally upgrade another 4 of my sites to XF 2.3 - yay!

v5.1.0 - XF 2.3 compatibility

• update helper_account template modification to work with both XF2.3 and earlier versions
• listen for sparkpostmail_non_transactional_stop_map event and use the whatsnewdigest email stopper
• tweak unsubscribe confirmation message
• separate out getMail function so we can over-ride it and add functionality

Note that anyone using this with my SparkPost Mail Transport for XF 2.3 addon installed - you must upgrade to v3.1.1 of the SparkPost Mail addon when upgrading What's New Digest to 5.1.0

However, before you do so, you must also remove the What's New Digest adapter for SparkPost addon, if you have it installed. It is not compatible with SparkPost Mail v3.1.1 and is no longer required.

Any parameter to throttle email sends? I'm hitting SES rate limits daily since enabling this. Yes I've requested increases.

I don't know how emails are batched internally (suspect there are lots of variables in play) but on my end it immediately hit the base 14 emails per second threshold for Amazon SES.

It would be nice if there was an option to start X emails every X minutes.
