What happened to 'Whats New?'

Except the page isn't content agnostic...
*starts to cry* So, clarification - is it New Threads as in entirely new threads to the user who clicks, ie hasn't read at all... or is it New Threads.. as in threads you may have looked at earlier but have not replied to and now they have new replies? :)

It's too early for that!

Wait ... so you now have to use both the "New threads" and "Watched threads" to see new (since you last checked) thread content?

I thought it did exactly the same thing as 1.1 ?

Confused (which is not difficult ... lol) :)

Having thought about it some more - if it's "thread" that is making the term seem exclusive only to brand new threads (as opposed to replies), what about New posts - as it can imply new threads too; and might be an easier convention for members to comprehend?

So although it's called New threads it doesn't show new threads, only new posts in existing threads?
I thought it showed everything new in threads relative to my last visit?

I'm not sure if this is simple enough:

New Threads = What's New?
What's New = New Threads

Same. Identical. Just different letters to describe it.

Since threads are also posts if there is no reply I'm gonna stick with New Posts as I always have :p

BTW this editor is so much better.
