    They won't due to privacy reasons. But a rule of thumb is if someone is looking for support in an non customer forum, such as in reports, suggestions and off topic, and this user is new or does not have any posts in customer forums, then chances are they are unlicensed or have not associated their username. So offering support in non customer forums needs to be done exercising caution.

    Point noted but they need to work out this privacy policy somehow by finding away around it. After all, we average users here take some pressure off XF support team by answering some common issues new users come across so at least this effort should not end up being useless just because of this confusion.

    Hi Mike. We purchased xenForo over a month ago with hopes of launching Jan. 1. However, your gallery import tool has not been completed yet, which has held us up from moving forward. Is it possible for you to give us an ETA on when we should expect this? We are working with Slavik, who says he hasn't heard anything yet, so we are reaching out to see if there is anything we can do to speed up the process. Thank you.

    What are your thoughts on using Photopost with Xenforo, will it work? This way, we can migrate VBulletin 4 to Xenforo 2 now and wait for you guys to get the gallery import tool ready to migrate the gallery.

    Hello, the importers are currently in development but we have no ETA. To be honest, we're unlikely to ever be able to provide an accurate ETA, so it's just a case of waiting until they're available in a future XFMG release. For now, the migration route via XF/MG 1.x is all we can recommend.
    Hello Mike, I am trying to download Addon but I am not able to download it more than 1 year now. any idea why? I am using license and it going to almost end soon I want to renew it but i can't download resources

    I don't totally follow what you're asking specifically. Generally, we use responsive design to target devices of all sizes.

    If you have any further questions, it'd be better to post them in the pre-sales forum.
