Looking to Add a Header Image Above the Nav Bar​

Do I edit a template? use html or css?

Here's an example of what I'm looking to do.

No need to edit a template; you can accomplish that via style properties.

You'll want to make sure the logo row is showing by going to Appearance -> Style Properties -> Head and navigation, and setting "Minimum viewport width to show logo block" to 0.

Then expand the Header/logo row section; you can set the background there.

I'd need to see it on the site in order to troubleshoot; Can't think of any reason why it'd be doing that without some customization causing it.
