My users click Dont display ads on this site and it still gives them the message. Anyway of stopping that?

Does he sees ads in the site?
If he sees ads and still get the adblock alert, I'll need to know his browser, os, and what adblock extension he is using.

sorry to bother you but for some reason when he removed "personal blocker" it fixed the issue

Hey,
Please ask them to screenshot their list of extensions. In such cases they usually have some extention that blocks ads and they just don't know that it blocks ads.

There's an option to analyze permissions. Run this just to be sure the permissions are configured as expected.
If then it still doesn't work, verify the adblock is really activated and the domain isn't whitelisted. Best way to verify it is to check if you can see ads on the site. If you see ads it means the adblock isn't activated.

If both steps were okay, please send me the URL to the site and I'll take a look. Please also mention your OS, browser and which adblock extention is installed. (please include order number as well)

Please ask the user to screenshot his firefox extensions list. And ask him if he sees ads on the site when he gets the alert.

From previous feedback, usually the case is that the user actually has adblocker but he's not aware of it.

You can edit the message, search it in the phrases.
Alternatively search 'rellect_adblock_detector_message' in the admin search.
HTML is allowed in the message.
