Google Adsense Autoads (Advanced) [Paid] v2.4.0

No permission to buy ($25.00)
google auto ads setting has a visual wizard where you can block certain ad positions. it is not perfect. but i was able to block auto ads from appearing in the navbar. though it still ends up messing up the bottom part of the forum injecting way too many ads. i suppose i would have to play around with that tool a bit more or just reduce the ad number slider to a much lower figure because in the end, too many ad blocks are not helping anyone.

installed easy enough.
Still now sure why it takes awhile for ads to show up.

I was expecting to see the javascript reference injected somewhere when I do view code.
But I don't see it.

If it's the first time you've run AdSense on your site it can take a few days or longer until advertisements show.

If that's not the issue, and you have "viewed source" and don't see the ads running then you should send me a private conversation and I'll help you troubleshoot.

AdSense Auto Ads loads before consent / IAB TCF 10.1

Hello,

I am using Wutime Google Adsense Autoads Advanced together with CCM19 as my consent management platform.

Google AdSense reports IAB TCF error 10.1. After testing, I found that the add-on loads the AdSense Auto Ads head script before the user gives consent through CCM19.

Before consent, AdSense resources from pagead2.googlesyndication.com are already loaded. After disabling the add-on, no AdSense or DoubleClick resources are loaded before consent, which is the correct behaviour.

Could you please add an option to make the add-on CMP-compatible?

Ideally, the add-on should allow disabling the automatic AdSense head script output, loading AdSense only after consent, or using a consent-blocked script format for CMPs such as CCM19.

A good solution would be an additional AdSense script loading mode, for example direct loading, disabled/manual CMP loading, or consent-blocked script output.

It would also be useful if the add-on allowed custom CMP attributes, such as script type, script URL attribute, consent group attribute and consent group value. This would allow users to configure the output for their own consent tool.

For CCM19, the AdSense URL must not be loaded through a normal src attribute before consent. It needs to be handled by the CMP, so CCM19 can release the script only after consent.

This would be useful not only for CCM19, but also for other consent tools such as Cookiebot, Usercentrics, consentmanager, OneTrust, Quantcast Choice, Didomi, Sourcepoint, Google Funding Choices and similar CMPs.

Each site owner would still need to configure their own cookie banner and TCF settings correctly, but the add-on should provide a way to prevent AdSense from loading before consent.

This should prevent AdSense requests before valid TCF consent signals are available and help avoid Google AdSense IAB TCF error 10.1.

Thank you.
