I too think it's important to have the feature optionto browse as a guest.

Also if on registration it could link to the rules in the app rather than taking you to mobile site that would be ideal.

What about confirmation email going to the mobile site instead of the app?

When logging in wouldn't it make more sense to go to the forum view instead of the profile?

You can go to any view you want. You can even show the recent posts at the start.
