Installed without any problems. The only issue I've encountered so far is that I can't get the hide button to appear on the editor for some reason. Am I overlooking some option somewhere?

It's there already by default, I just had to drag it down to the bottom layout and save. Correct?

Yes, the upper row is the available buttons, the lower one is the actual toolbar layout. You'll have to do that for any toolbar size you want the dropdown to appear in.

Not a big deal for me personally, by the way, because very few people use it anyway because of the refresh required to reveal anything hidden, but I just wanted to let you know.

EDIT: Ah, wait, I see you remedied that. So maybe more people will use it now.

The dropdown is not directly from the editor manager anymore, it's been migrated to XenForo. Check the content of it to see if it actually has the buttons, otherwise it'll probably be hidden.
