Me personally, I wouldn't even bother to attend or fight it in another country... what are they really going to do at the end of the day? Just don't go back to the US ever. I would just continue with the UK one personally.
For once, a very good suggestion.Michael, politics always (most always) are a factor in most lawsuits.
Maybe the best thing we all can do at this point is not to speak our whole minds on this forum.
All three motions to dismiss were denied by the judge. I have no further information at this time.
Hope Kier, Mike and co dont loose heart over this![]()

We'll see when that day comes.Really bummed about the hearing. I know I shouldn't say this, but this would have never happened in a UK court, where this should be played out!
Same here. I'm studying law at the moment, but my knowledge is still limited. It will be interesting to see what the justification for refusing to dismiss is. I thought for sure, if nothing else, the case would be dismissed because of the parallel UK case....Still, I'm waiting to read the justification for this ruling because I can't quite come up with one as of yet.

Guys, can we not attack the judge. Doing so may cause more harm than any good (or lack of) whatsoever.
