Well you may as well get a pack of smokes and head off on a long drive like I am today, because you most likely are wasting your time due to the fact that most lawsuits go on for years.

There's a very good chance the case will be thrown out today, that's why people are so keen on hearing the decision.

Rob actually does play and coach badminton. I have documentary evidence. However, I can assure you it's not a universal thing amongst Brit PHP coders. A lot of us play music instead. Less running around, more drinking. Although there is more lifting of heavy objects, so it's a trade off.

Not the best news but its not the end of the world either. Sometimes the judges will allow an issue to go trial to ensure the merits of the case are heard even if they are siding with claims to dismiss at this time.
