You can have more than one widget for a renderer. That's why there is no point to have the renderer duplicated.
For the forum select box, that must be custom made by somebody else. You will need to contact the site owner where you see it.

Because the same keywords I can use for many different forums.

For example, a topic tag as Angelina Jolie, I can use this tag for forum movies and news forum and photo forum

As I said, you will need it custom coded. Best to contact the site owner where you have seen it in action.

If you customized sidebar_online_users, you will have to do the same with wf_widget_online_users. Supporting CSS-styled username is something may be in the next version.

You can do that with the latest version

Q: Is there a way to make the Online Users area show the corresponding usergroup colours? So admins would show up as the colour of that usergroup etc.?
A: Yes, check the box "Show rich usernames" when you edit the widget.

Yes, it will hurt your performance a bit.

Language Friendly? The titles of things like Staff Online Now or Users Online Now are supposed in the normal blocks to show the English title to english users, and it shows in other language if the user is navigating in other.

How to make the block titles act normally grabbing phrases instead that fixed title?
The phrase is there he just refuses to use it.

You can change the widget's title by editing it. Currently there is no way to use phrases for that.
