Depending on where you want to place the ads, you might need to add custom positions (hooks). There are some default positions that should work. Like "Above/Below Content". I don't use that Add-on so I don't know for sure.

CTA seems to have template hooks by default. I don't know about Xenporta, you should ask the author.
Ads Manager allows you to add custom positions by adding your own custom hooks in the templates you want.

The Extend button seems to be missing from some of the ads again with this new release. It's not found under controls with an expiring ad.

You would want to enable "Free Mode" if you don't sell any ads. It changes some phrases and hides the "Your Invoices" links. Also, the Extend option will not be available.

It was not manually generated, I tested it from the advertisers side through the extend function. The package is not based on cpm/cpc, it's per month.

The ad was originally loaded from the apc, would that make the difference?

It doesn't makes a difference if the ad was created from ACP. I've just done a test and It's working fine for me.

There is no option for that. I think it's the same as how PayPal is displaying amounts.

@Siropu this is just a suggestion the most popular import and export feature should be add for positions. Because after upgrade the add-on, deleted positions again will add and this is very boring. E.g. I deleted more positions but when upgrade the add-on, they coming back again. At least export and import positions will help solve this problem or do not include the same positions for upgrade versions.

I might do that in the next release.
