Think this uses Payment Profiles, so you need to pay someone to do a payment profile.Hi,
We're looking for someone to implement CCBill for Ads Manager.
If interested please pm me.
Thanks!
Anyone successfully excluded ads from running on the "account upgrades" page?Hmmm, above content ads display on the "account upgrades" page even though I have "Content template is NOT:" set to account_upgrades and I am not Inheriting any package settings.
Any ideas?

You would need to post about getting one done. I recently hired Robust to do a Stripe Checkout payment profile, so that may be an option, but I do not know his availability or anything.Anyone willing to do it ?
I do the opposite, actually. I have a special banner that only displays on that page.Anyone successfully excluded ads from running on the "account upgrades" page?
I wonder if there is a limit to how many templates you can exclude as I had the following and it didn't work.I just tried it, and it worked fine. You can do it within the PACKAGE, so it will apply to all banners in that package.
Added the option to match subdomains as well in affiliate link ads by adding a . (dot) before the domain name.
Added user group permission to allow deletion of own ads.
Changes
Frequency cap has been changed from "Display every x hours" to "Display every x minutes" so please adjust this value accordingly in your ads/packages.

I figured this out for anyone with a similar issue. I followed these instructions to force adsense to show a certain size ad based on screen width. Worked like a charm.I'm having issues with creating a forced-size google adsense ad on mobile. I have both the ad manager setting and the google ad set to 320x100 for the top banner on mobile devices. Looks like it works the first-page visit but then it jumps to 300x250 every time after the first page. Tested on both chrome and safari with the same results.
I haven't tested on android but I did test the same settings on desktop and it worked fine. Strange.
Check it out at sparkpilots.com on an ios device. It is the top banner that should be showing at 320x100.
Any ideas?
