I had an interesting situation today, and there is probably a setting/solution that I can't seem to find.
I have packages set up with banner sizes etc and someone can purchase a banner that rotates with the others (appearing after every 5th posts and at the top and bottom of all screens). I have a limit of 24 banners max that can be sold overall. I also allow 2 banner sales per forum member.
A vendor bought a banner this morning, and stuffed 5 different versions into their purchase. (they kept hitting browse and uploading more) By our rules, they should be limited to one per purchase. It reduced the package limit.
-Is there a setting to limit how many they can include (or rotate) within one purchase/banner/contract?
-It says it will rotate them, but does it actually do that and limit their exposure equally with the other banners purchased by others?

Think this uses Payment Profiles, so you need to pay someone to do a payment profile.

You would need to post about getting one done. I recently hired Robust to do a Stripe Checkout payment profile, so that may be an option, but I do not know his availability or anything.

I do the opposite, actually. I have a special banner that only displays on that page.
You could probably do the opposite, and put it in the second field in this image.

I wonder if there is a limit to how many templates you can exclude as I had the following and it didn't work.
account_upgrades,register_form,login,login_password_confirm,error,error_with_login,conversation_list,conversation_view,conversation_add,login_two_step,message_page,register_complete,register_connected_account,register_confirm
I think it may be conflicting with another add-on I have, I got the adsense ad to not show but now it shows a big blank space and the other two infolinks ads just will not go away on that page.
Anyway, I think I'm done messing with this as it's never going to work 100% how I would like it to.

I'm having issues with creating a forced-size google adsense ad on mobile. I have both the ad manager setting and the google ad set to 320x100 for the top banner on mobile devices. Looks like it works the first-page visit but then it jumps to 300x250 every time after the first page. Tested on both chrome and safari with the same results.
I haven't tested on android but I did test the same settings on desktop and it worked fine. Strange.
Check it out at sparkpilots.com on an ios device. It is the top banner that should be showing at 320x100.
Any ideas?

I figured this out for anyone with a similar issue. I followed these instructions to force adsense to show a certain size ad based on screen width. Worked like a charm.

Hi Siropu, I have noted that it seems that the visualizations and clicks of the ads added, are not reported when the page is opened with Amp.
