[TAC] Stop Human Spam 1.4.8

No permission to buy ($19.00)
I've now added an option to protect the account location and occupation fields from
* banned words
* sneaky urls (and thus also catching real urls too)
- if the forum is already under moderation, we just allow the core to moderate it and don't apply shs
related to the default likes options, min_likes should have been like_count

  • Added an option to moderate posts/threads that fail the link post rules (instead of showing the user the link-rules message)
  • Changed the default link-rules message, since the word "exceeds" was causing confusions. You will only see this on new installs (and not upgrades)
  • Fixed a bug related to moderating posts when when view does not contain params

Release 28/03/2014
Change Log:

  • Fixed a bug related to moderating posts when added via the "more options" redirect
  • Changed regex to allow Russian (and other) languages to add "BannedWords"
  • Fixed logs, sometimes when a sneaky url was added to a thread title, the log reported the thread content (not the title), so it was hard to see where the spam detection came from
  • Fixed MEDIA option. If the options to "Allow External Images & Media" is un-ticked, these bbcodes should act as links (and if a user does not pass the Link Post Rules they should not be allowed to add media/ images)
