Added support for mobile URLs in ESPN

Added support for hashbang (old-style) URLs in Twitter. Changed Gist to use an iframe.

The URL for the Twitter iframe has changed, if you use the Twitter embeds you should upgrade.

It's relatively experimental at this point. The idea for using an iframe for Twitter comes from https://twitframe.com although this is a different implementation. It will fail on old versions of IE or if JavaScript is disabled.

Added support for slugless eBay URLs

Only single items. Supports ebay.com plus a few country TLDs.

CBS News now uses two different new players with two different sets of IDs and a new URL scheme.

• old URLs still work with their new old player
• new URLs work with their new new player
• new URLs pointing to old videos don't work with any player because they only carry a fake ID number for some reason

I'll try to investigate that last case when I have time.
