That, and using the "share" button from mobile will give a instagram/share/ link, and that does not match the embed code, so it doesn't work

Sora 2 was released earlier this week and its social media platform is blowing up. I'm being asked left and right if we can added embed support for Sora videos on the forum. Currently they just look like a text link like the following:

We have an issue with posting Rumble links; it takes 10-20 seconds before a post gets posted.
The second issue is the video is not embedded anymore.

Open the add-on's option, search for XenForo hosts, then add the host name of your old forum's URL. For example, if your old forums were at https://example.org/forums/ you need to add example.org. You need to enable Allow external embedding of content in your old forums to work.

That's symptomatic of a connection issue. It can happen if Rumble blocks connections from your forum's server. For example, Rumble blocks IPs that are seemingly from some countries in Europe. You can avoid that by posting the URL that appears in the "Embed" dialog on Rumble. It looks like this: https://rumble.com/embed/xxxxxxx/?pub=4

If you can provide a detailed account of how you're trying to do it, I'll look into it. For example, the host name, URLs, what you post where. Use code blocks to post the exact text without formatting.

It is happening on multiple platforms including Obsidian.MD

Obsidian has announced a fix coming.
