s9e Media BBCodes pack 20231102

No permission to download
Until now i thought this error was related to a minor php-Version.
But my hoster updated our server to version 5.4. recently and the issue persists.

After uploading/installing the plugin and trying to send a posting with a medialink, this appears.
Tried it with latest plugin version and Amazon, Instagram and Twitter.

Any advice? Thx.

@tom2tom You must be using a very old version of PCRE. (from 2006 or earlier) Send a message to your web host about it, it shouldn't be nearly as old.

@beanfan78 Podbean is already in. I looked into Stitcher and Libsyn. They're going to require a bit of work if I want to add them and I'm not sure when I'll get to it. What's the URL of your forum? Were those requested by users or is it for future use?

Awesome! I didn't know Podbean was in already. At least that's 1 out of 3. This is my forum. These weren't requested from members, but my traffic is growing and I know this is going to be a really useful thing to have as podcasters want to promote their episodes. So it's me request only. :)

Thanks for the reply and I appreciate you even considering them.

It's pay what you want. I usually tell people to pay what they think is fair and according to their website's finances. So far, it's ranged from $0 to $50.

You can try editing the media site (type "Onion" in the search box in the top right corner and it'll take you to it directly) to replace http:// with https:// but usually when I set a fixed protocol that's because the site doesn't support HTTPS. When that's the case, there's nothing we can do.
