Is that really necessary?
You do realise it's the weekend right?
It just really goes to prove some people are just completely difficult customers.

And I'm not complaining here, just wondering about the future. Haven't heard anything from him about it, that's why.

But you have heard from Mike that development is still going on, so what's all the worry about?Haven't heard anything from him about it, that's why.

Ned? Ned the Head!?
Kier, has more or less confirmed that's the case in his first post in this text quoted below from it.I tell you what I think. I think the !§$%$% lawsuit is putting Kier & co in the predicament of not being able to pay any salary to their employees and/or to themselves.
There's only Mike and Kier as the two main developers. Kier is still around of course posting this thread, and so I'd say is Mike. Ashley who deals with the business side of things, he's been seen around, so have all the moderators now. I don't think people on the team have left to other jobs, some of them just don't seem as active online anymore, not like we got used to seeing them here before.I have been in this boat myself, working for a company that was unable to pay salaries for many months in a row. It was dragging and depressing, and ultimately, even the most loyal employees left because they needed money to live and support their families. Like I said, this is just what I am thinking and I could be very wrong. But it all looks so similar (the sudden disappearance of key people, the sad but honest voice of their leader, etc.).
Hello back, Kier!
Speaking of Mike. When was the last time you heard from him?

Wasn't showing off, just saying that he's clearly around, just to stop those stupid rumors already before one gets even started. Which seems to be a trend on this site lately. And a pathetic trend at that.
I'm sure when there's some product news to deliver we'll be the first to hear about it ...![]()

I find it absolutely disgusting that a company can essentially be ruined just by suing them, which in and on itself does not prove or disprove anything, you can sue anyone for anything, regardless of whether you intend to win.
Seriously hope they win this lawsuit and that every single penny is repaid. Any judge would be an idiot not to recognize that the whole thing is frivolous. Sadly there seem to be plenty of idiot lawmen out there.
