Yes... but would end up being more widely used... I realize that "long long ago" that Google provided a lot free.. but they've gotten greedy lately...
And it's one reason that I limit what add-ons I use that make calls to the Google API's... I've got several others that are actually a higher priority that I would rather "pay" for than simply showing a member location on a map based upon IP.... which when they use a VPN isn't correct at all.

In that case the user group permissions should be where all the other user group permissions are
