That is today !!

PS: Sorry, that is from date of order, not the hearing !!

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:
1. Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction is
DENIED.
2. Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction is
DENIED.
3. Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Forum Non Conveniens, or to Stay
Proceedings Pending Conclusion of Parallel British Proceedings is DENIED.
4. Defendant has ten (10) days to answer Plaintiff’s Complaint.
Dated: February 15, 2011

I would bet it is in real days, not court days, that way everyone else (other than lawyers) really understands what day it is.

I say this because I defended a lawsuit against myself in the past and if it was on court days I would have never figured out what day was what.

Imagine having an iPhone with an alarm set to a 2nd January court date.
I am glad you got two awesome blackberries.

Was I the only one expecting to see some reasoning or rational for the denials? I mean, we knew it was denied, I just expected to find out why.
Yeah, I was definitely expecting a little more than, "the Court found that personal jurisdiction exists...". How did the court come to this conclusion is what I want to know. I think courts should have to justify their decisions.
