How dare they spell 'British' with a small 'b' in an official document, how very dare they, bloody americans.
I am dyslexic too and agree it can be fun, I was going for a drink yesterday and walked into a bra.

Why wouldn't an American judge side with an American company ?
What if the USA puts the hammer down on xF , the the UK suits all go the opposite way ?
Will US sales of xF go to vB and only UK sales go to xF

Because judge is judge, plain and simple.
If judge takes side based on nationality, race, sex, country, etc then judge is not worthy of his/her job.

Here's what I found funny over at vB.
We all know that xenForo has a fine lawyer in a one Michael Kirk Grace.
While iB has hired a one Patrick A. Fraioli Jr.
The funny thing is. Mr. Fraioli has been a lawyer to Circuit City, a company that went bankrupt very recently.
I think xenForo is in quite good hands.
