Not very useful to me though. Just the order.

How dare they spell 'British' with a small 'b' in an official document, how very dare they, bloody americans.

Ironically enough, I misread that as chivalry. Sometimes being dyslexic is fun.

I am dyslexic too and agree it can be fun, I was going for a drink yesterday and walked into a bra.

Hi Kier, hi Mike, hi Ashley,

although the trouble hasn't ended on tuesday, I would like to encourage you to stay 100% optimistic, positive, forward-looking on your great project. The community is behind you and we honestly appreciate what you do. Always keep a big smile or grin on your faces!

Why wouldn't an American judge side with an American company ?

What if the USA puts the hammer down on xF , the the UK suits all go the opposite way ?

Will US sales of xF go to vB and only UK sales go to xF

it was tongue in cheek, but I forgot to put the ;) on the post! doh.

Didn't know there was the ability to fast track a case through though.

From the first Google result I found:
  1. Small Claims Track - Basically, the small claims track is for claimants that are seeking awards that are equal to no more than £5,000
  2. Fast Track - Fast track cases are generally handled by county courts.
  3. Multi Track - Multi track claims involve court claims and claimants that seek awards that value more than £15,000 pounds or court cases that will result in a lengthy trial with considerable documentation.
Each of those definitions is a link with an explanation to its meaning.
