Current Litigation

Good luck tomorrow!!!!

I don't think any company should ever be able to prevent an individual from earning a living.

Wishing Kier, Mike and Ashley the very best for tomorrow.

Somehow, I have a really good feeling about tomorrow and am very hopeful that the judge shall see things for what they actually are and not what they are being shown as. :)

Tomorrow we dance in celebration.

Will be thinking of you guys, and hoping for the best. It would be great to get this nonsense behind us and continue with development.

Although to be honest, I haven't seen any impact on the amount or quality of coding since this mess first showed up.

is any local socal xenforo/vBulletin owners going to the Central District Court tomorrow? I'm tempted to go, but I remember the last time I was there that the court rooms are closed to spectators and only jury is allowed inside.

I hope you guys succeed.

Frankly I hope XenForo wins so they can allocate more resources towards more developers and we get the features we need.

That's because our guys are professionals. They're passionate about the software, and care about their customers.

at the same time.. can't hurt to try right? :) at most it costs me hours at work, a train ticket (refuse to drive to downtown -____- as parking there is like 10-15.00 for the day rawr!! ) and petrol
That would be very cool. Go to represent the thousands of admins that stand behind Kier, Mike and Ashley!
Susan and I remain total supporters of XF and it's staff as we have been since before there WAS an XF! ;)
