Current Litigation

So are we to imagine a quite room of solemn faces, eagerly awaiting that forceful tap at the door as the news (everyone on tender hooks hoping it's 'good' and 'favourable' and 'winning beyond revisitation!') is delivered.

Or is it "pizza, beer, and racing on the PS3" night as usual?

Cheers,
Shaun :D

During the hearing tomorrow, I'll be getting my feet dirty at badminton.

What leads you to that conclusion?
I am really not sure. There's something that's ever so slight, I just haven't got my finger on it yet. One witness, B.L.Walsh has committed perjury, and isn't even licensed to practise in California. I do trust that his honour Judge Real is aware of several things implicated in the complaint.

Good man. Don't let the bar-stewards drag you down. :)

... and on that note, I shall scurry off to my bed. It has been hailing me for a good few hours, but when one has very important things to do, they must he done. Now that I have finished the ironing I am released from my duties and free to retire.

Good evening one and all ... :)

g'night!

I'll need to have a read of the documents again.
I'll sum them up for you very succinctly.

1) Do XenForo or I maintain a presence in California, or especially target California in any of our actions?
If 'no', dismiss the case for lack of personal jurisdiction.

2) Has a case alleging the same wrongdoing and seeking the same remedy already been filed elsewhere?
If 'yes', dismiss the case for forum non conveniens.

Those are the only things being decided tomorrow.

That clears up a misconception. Maybe I do need sleep.

Wishing you guys all the very best for tomorrow, I am sure common sense and sound legal argument will prevail!
