Hi,

We are having issues where several users see the error "Invalid chatroom", we are using it as a chatbox.

We have reset the joined rooms with the same issue occurring for some users.

Please could you assist?

In chatters list under the menu of each user there is a feature called "Reset chat data". Try resetting Rooms for those users.

Are you using admin option "Logout user from all joined rooms on site logout"?

When they log out from the site. Some users have issues with blank chatbox or invalid chatroom.

The AI responses are being cut off so I tried to extend message length from 1000-5000 characters but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Is there a way to let the bot have more message length in chat?

I was able to fix this by bumping up the "ChatGPT max tokens" setting from 100 to 400

Api key is entered.

Do any ports or security settings need to be opened?

I wonder if a future version could have an option to specify "BOT AVATAR" for AI responses? Right now it uses (?) as avatar.
