You can do that with a couple of SQL queries:
Code:UPDATE xf_post SET message = REPLACE(message, '[youtube]', '[media=youtube]'); UPDATE xf_post SET message = REPLACE(message, '[/youtube]', '[/media]');
Take a backup first though and test it out on your test/dev installation, if you have one.
