XF 1.2 1.2.0 not upgrading to 1.2.2

So I've downloaded the upgrade and attempted to install it on my server. Files upload fine!

But when I go to domain.com/install it says.....

No Upgrade Available
You are already running the current version (1.2.0). To do a fresh install, click here.

I've tried twice and same result.

Is there a mix up in xenforo's download files?

Yes I am downloading the upgrade files for 1.2.2 from the download section.

Would styles folder not updating keep me from updating?

When i upload via ftp - it asks to overwrite, i say yes, but after completed, the date never changes as the other folders did to today.

Maybe your server or FTP program is reporting the wrong date.

It's probably not related.

Where are you uploading the 1.2.2 files to?

For the most part, yes. I do not believe any database changes were made. However, I do not recommend you upload the files without upgrading.

You have either uploaded the incorrect files or put them in the wrong place.

You should start again from the beginning but document every step you take and then post that here.

That may help us highlight something that's going wrong.

drag and drop js folder into js folder, library folder into library folder etc. Then go to browser and attempt upgrade.

Well, that's wrong...

If you want to do it like that (it's a convoluted way of doing it) you put the contents of the js folder into the js folder, and the library of the contents folder into the library folder... etc.
